In celebration of its upcoming 20th anniversary, Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary is partnering with Aurora Spa & Bathhouse to offer a unique and immersive retreat experience on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula. Taking place from 13 to 17 October, this collaboration brings the Koh Samui-based wellness sanctuary’s award-winning integrative approach to wellness together with Aurora’s signature “Australian approach to European-style bathing” to help guests achieve a sense of personal transformation. The retreat offers guests the opportunity to “journey inward” while enjoying the therapeutic benefits of Aurora’s mineral pools and contrast therapy rituals. They can choose between a one-day reset or a more in-depth three-day immersion, both designed to support a “profound shift” in mindset and daily rituals.

At the heart of the retreat is Kamalaya’s Master Mentor, Sujay Seshadri – a former monk of 14 years. Known for blending “ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques,” Sujay leads the Inner Awakening experience. His sessions focus on “cultivating inner awareness, emotional healing, and lasting personal growth.” The program is designed with three key goals in mind: to instill a sense of deep restoration, reflection, and connection; to provide guests with practical tools to find inner awareness and improve overall well-being; and to relax and restore a sense of balance. Guests can also expect “thoughtfully curated” wellness workshops with a dedicated team travelling from Koh Samui, Thailand as well as guided movement and breathwork sessions and nourishing meals designed to support inner balance.I am text block.
