Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is taking care of romance this Valentine’s Day, offering an exclusive Romance Package complete with dinner at one of Sydney’s hottest date-night restaurants, Pei Modern.

Guests can enjoy the night in one of the hotel’s luxurious rooms, spending quality time together over a plate of snacks and a bottle of sparkling wine. The next morning, they enjoy an in-room breakfast and a relaxed 3pm check out. Complimentary valet parking is the icing on the cake for an easy weekend away.

Pei Modern, the hotel’s restaurant, helmed by Executive Chef Mark Best will be sharing the love on Valentine’s evening, with a six-course shared menu for two including a glass of champagne priced from $150 per person. The special menu features a starter of Clyde River rock oysters from Ewan McAsh; followed by yellowfin tuna, watermelon & ginger; and tiger prawns, vadouvan, caramelised yoghurt. It continues with burrata, peppers & passionfruit; snapper, old fashioned celery, currants & verjuice; Wagyu 7+ flat-iron steak, charred cucumber & harissa; and is finished off with a delectable dessert of meringue, chocolate sorbet and raspberries.

The complete Romance Package is available on Saturday 14 February 2015 from AU$695.
