The Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau has now released new In-Depth Island Training Courses, helping agents learn all about each of the Islands and what they have to offer in order that you are more knowledgeable when it comes to answering client questions.
By completing an Island Certification you officially become an Island Specialist, which qualifies you to be considered for an in-destination Master Specialist Programme. If you complete all of the Island Certifications, you’ll become a Hawaii Destination Expert unlocking many great benefits (which you can read more about here).
Please note that you need to complete Certifications One and Two in order to access the In-Depth Island Training Courses.
