At the heart of the 600-square-metre house is a glass-walled wine cellar housing the owner’s personal wine collection, and a magnificent, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with stunning mountain views. The ground floor features a formal dining room and a living room with open fireplaces, as well as a reception room leading to a cosy verandah overlooking the gardens – a perfect spot to sit and relax on a hot summer’s day.

The majority of the furnishings and decorative items were sourced from local South African artisans to create a contemporary yet elegant feel.
