World famous chef Nobu Matsuhisa returns to NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong for two special Autumn in Kyoto dinners on 28 and 29 September. Clients can celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with Nobu-san over an eight-course meal (HK$1,538 per person) showcasing seasonal ingredients from Kyoto including Matsutake (pine mushrooms), Hamo (conger pike), fresh figs, chestnuts and black beans, plus Wagyu Beef. A sake pairing option is available for an additional HK$400 per person. The “Autumn in Kyoto” menu is also available from September 30 – October 18 at HK$1,488 per person. NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong is open daily for lunch from 12 noon – 2:30pm and dinner from 6:00pm – 11:00pm. The NOBU Bar lounge is open daily 12 noon-2:30pm and from 6:00pm to midnight.
