Sweet Treat Tasting Guests can enjoy a decadent evening event on 19 February in which a chocolate specialist will discuss the delicate flavours of different local chocolates paired with luscious wines, all while a guitarist serenades throughout the evening. Table for Two For couples seeking the ultimate in privacy, why not book a table for two under the stars? The The Dining Under the Stars experience begins as guests are escorted to a secluded oceanfront location, complete with dazzling sunset views overlooking Hulopo‘e Bay, deemed one of the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii. The dinner will include a personalised five-course menu and wine pairing (following a consultation with Chef the day prior) and an evening under the stars over dessert and coffee.
