Surrounded by the beauty of bush escarpments, Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley offers couples the opportunity to enjoy a locally sourced antipasto platter, a selection of seafood including king prawns and lemon, lobster rolls, kingfish ceviche and caviar, followed by a dessert and cheese trio. This special Valentine’s Day experience also includes an exclusive bottle of Pol Roger NV Champagne, Roger and Rufus Rosé, Swinging Bridge M.A.W Pinot Noir.
- Chocolate Master Class

Join Deniz Karaca, the pastry chef, chocolatier and founder of Cuvée Chocolate, in a Chocolate Master Class where guests are treated to artisan chocolates accompanied by wine. A chocolate dessert created by Deniz Karaca will be available on the menu in the Wolgan Dining Room
on Friday and
Saturday evenings for guests to enjoy. This extremely velvety and delectable dessert has been called ‘Cœur de chocolat’ and is essentially a Peruvian dark chocolate mousse with a ginger-scented berry coulis and tarragon crémeux.

Alternatively, couples that enjoy pampering and relaxation may choose the Couples Retreat Spa Treatment. Guests enjoy 150 minutes of unwinding and purifying through a bathing ritual ready for an all-over body polish, then continuing the journey cocooned in a full-body wrap rich in algae and marine extracts to assist in the removal of toxins, while the scalp is massaged with a luxurious mask. For the final component, guests choose between an express massage or facial to complement the experience.
