Property developer Range Development held a ground-breaking ceremony on Friday 23 August for the Six Senses La Sagesse at Saint David’s Parish in Grenada. “We’re positioned for exciting growth in the Caribbean while keeping the emphasis on sustainability,” said Six Senses CEO Neil Jacobs. “This is core to our brand and influences all aspects of the business from the materials we use to how we engage with the local community. Working with Range Developments means we can bring this vision to life, with a little help from the island’s striking natural assets.” The Six Senses La Sagesse project was first revealed in May of this year, and is scheduled to open in 2022.
“The coming of the world renown Six Senses brand will help to further solidify Grenada’s position as a top tourist destination,” said Grenada Prime Minister Dr Keith Mitchell who attended the ceremony.

La Sagesse has been billed as an “incomparable master-planned development on one of the best locations in the Caribbean”, 15 minutes’ drive from Grenada’s airport. It will feature two luxury 5-star hotels (including Cabritis Resort Kempinski), oceanfront villas, spas, retail and watersports facilities.
