Executive Chef Chase Kojima has launched a new dining experience at Kiyomi at The Star Gold Coast this October. Omakase has been developed by Chase and his team to create the ultimate Japanese degustation experience, with a menu offering more than 18 courses with a selection of expertly matched sake and wines.
Kiyomi is an award-winning restaurant that has long been a favourite culinary destination on the Gold Coast, offering diners a modern yet authentic taste of Tokyo and the chance to taste truly innovative food. Omakase will be held at Kiyomi for three more nights on 17, 24 and 31 October at a cost of $225 per person. Spaces are limited.
