Australia celebrated its first new ship of the summer cruise season with the maiden arrival of Princess CruisesRuby Princess into Sydney Harbour last Wednesday . Welcoming Ruby Princess to her new homeport, Michelin Star Chef Curtis Stone engaged his Princess Ocean Medallion to activate a spectacular display of ruby-coloured fireworks as the ship entered the harbour. Chef Stone later treated agents and media guests to a six course dining experience at a VIP event held at his onboard restaurant SHARE. While in Australia, Stone also participated in two culinary demonstrations at the Brisbane Good Food and Wine Show on Friday, 25 October, treating agents to a VIP cocktail experience after the show.
