After a series of recent enhancements and new brand partnership campaigns, Preferred Hotel Group – which operates Preferred Hotels & Resorts & the newly launched Beyond Green – has introduced further updates to its I Prefer Hotel Rewards loyalty program. From a new “Stay, Reward, Repeat” (northern) summer offer to a series of new biddable travel experiences through I Prefer Auctions, these program enhancements demonstrate Preferred’s commitment to offering the most rewarding, locally authentic travel experiences to its loyal and discerning I Prefer members.

Loyalty Status and Points Extension

The points expiration date for all I Prefer members has been further extended from 30 June 2021, to 17 December 2021, with I Prefer Elite members maintaining their status through 30 June 2022. As leisure travel planning becomes a reality, the extensions allow even more time for members to take advantage of valuable points redemption options like Reward Certificates, Auctions, or Points for Good donations.

“Stay, Reward, Repeat” Summer Offer

I Prefer members looking to hit the road this year can earn bonus points when booking a stay through the program’s new “Stay, Reward, Repeat” offer. Based on a two-night minimum visit, travellers can earn up to 15,000 bonus points by booking three different stays now through 30 September 2021, with travel by 31 December 2021:

• • 2,500 bonus points after stay one
  • 5,000 bonus points after stay two
  • 7,500 bonus points after stay three

Bonus points earned through this promotion can be used towards future stays and on-property amenities, including dining, spa, and more. To take advantage of the offer, travellers must be active I Prefer members and register at IPrefer.com/stayrewardrepeat.com prior to their first booking.

New Biddable Travel Experiences through I Prefer Auctions

Exclusive to I Prefer members, the second edition of I Prefer Auctions will run from 8-14 June 2021 and comprises a hand-picked selection of experiences available at independent hotels and resorts from across the globe. To participate, I Prefer members must login to IPrefer.com and place a bid on their favourite hotel experience via the auction site, with options dependent on their personal allotment of available points. Those with the highest bid at auction’s close will win the offer and receive full details on the redemption process via email. New biddable experiences include:

• • An overnight stay with a $150 spa credit, wine/spirit tasting, and three-course dinner for two at HOTEL DU PONT in Wilmington, Delaware
  • Winemaking and tasting sessions in Italy’s Tuscany region at Toscana Resort Castelfalfi
  • Three nights in Mexico at Live Aqua Urban Resort San Miguel de Allende
  • Two nights at The Bentley London in central London’s chic Kensington distric
