CLIA Australasia has postponed its upcoming Cruise360 conference in Sydney, slated for Friday 4 March 2022, until later in the year. In a statement prompted by LATTE’s inquiry, Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) said it was postponing Cruise360 Australasia to a future date, “when the event can be held with greater confidence and maximum attendance from across Australia and New Zealand”.

“As a result of continued uncertainty around interstate and trans-Tasman travel, we have made the difficult decision to reschedule Cruise360 Australasia,” said Joel Katz, CLIA Managing Director Australasia.
“We have taken into account concerns around attendees’ wellbeing, the ongoing business impacts of the cruise suspension, and current government restrictions on travel and events.”
The rescheduled event will again be held at the Hyatt Regency Sydney and will focus on the global recovery of the cruise sector and opportunities this will provide for travel agents and industry stakeholders. CLIA is working with Hyatt Regency Sydney to secure a new date and will advise all sponsors and ticketholders as soon as possible. Existing Cruise360 registrations will automatically be transferred to the new date. For tickets and further information, visit Cruise360 Australasia.
