Qatar Airways is launching seasonal thrice-weekly flights to Santorini, Greece, from 7 June 2022, joining Athens and Mykonos to become the third destination to be served in Greece by the carrier. The service will be operated by Airbus A320 featuring 12 seats in Business Class and 132 seats in Economy Class. The airline will also restart seasonal flights to Mykonos, Greece the same week, with four weekly flights. Additionally, Qatar Airways is bolstering capacity to Athens with a double daily operation.

Enhanced connectivity via Qatar Airways’ hub, Hamad International Airport in Doha, means customers can leave Australia on Friday night and arrive in Santorini by Saturday afternoon. “We are pleased to add Santorini to our global network in 2022,” said Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive, Akbar Al Baker, adding, that “this expansion will further solidify our relationship with Greece.” QR209 will operate from Doha to Santorini on Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday, with return flight QR210 operating the same day.
