First Hyatt House Hotel to open in Australia

Holder East, Australia’s premier residential and commercial property development firm, has announced the arrival of the first Hyatt House Hotel in Australia in partnership with Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Expected to open in 2025, Hyatt House South Melbourne is a 97-room hotel within Holder East’s Oasis Residences, a luxurious and elegant urban sanctuary designed by Hayball architects. Located minutes from the Royal Botanical Gardens, the Australian Grand Prix race track in Albert Park, ANZAC station, the Melbourne Art Precinct and Southbank, as well as the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, guests of Hyatt House South Melbourne will be able to experience the best that Melbourne has to offer.
