Travel professionals and media partners gathered for a gourmet Mediterranean lunch at Sydney’s Alpha restaurant on Wednesday 27 September to hear the latest updates from Oceania Cruises’ newest ship, Allura. Hosted by Jason Worth, Vice President of International Sales of Oceania Cruises, the lunch was preceded by a culinary demonstration presented by Australian food expert, Lyndey Milan, and Alpha head chef Peter Conistis. Lyndey spoke of the Culinary Centre onboard Allura’s sister ship, Vista, and praised the gourmet experiences curated by Oceania Cruises – a promise of greater things yet to come on board Allura. A tasting menu influenced by Oceania Cruises’ Finest Cuisine at Sea concept followed.
