Link Travel Group reports that management and Member Agencies enjoyed a successful week of collaboration in the Adelaide Hills last weekend. Representatives from 19 of the 21 outlets attended the retreat.

Scott Darlow, General Manager of Link Travel Group presented the Link Group’s 2023 financial year performance and provided a step-by-step business plan and strategy for future years. Link Directors Penny Spencer and Anthony Goldman headed workshops to get ideas flowing, along with connection and collaboration – one of Link Group’s core values.

The group was wined and dined throughout, while also spending quality time with senior management from sponsors Virgin Australia, Globus Family of Brands, Bunnik Tours and Mount Lofty House and Sequoia Lodge.

“As a cohort, we achieved our business objectives from the program and just as importantly, enjoyed the company, connection, and open collaboration that the event encouraged,” Darlow remarked.

Mount Lofty House and Sequoia Lodge owners, Malcolm and Kylie Bean found the experience so valuable they have committed to hosting the 2024 Link Owners Retreat at their other luxury property, The Reef House in Palm Cove in November 2024.
