Hotel Taschenbergpalais Kempinski Dresden reopened after a year of renovation. Under the motto ‘History retold’, the famous 18th-century building, with its historical details, was redesigned with great care and attention, offering comfort and state-of-the-art technology for contemporary, understated luxury.
Berlin interior designer Markus Hilzinger captured the hotel’s heritage and created an extraordinary and unique symbiosis of history and modern elegance.
The newly designed 180 rooms and 31 suites also impress with their elegant scheme and set new standards for contemporary luxury with their refined details. Hand-picked furniture and selected works of art give each room an individual touch, creating an exclusive yet cosy atmosphere. Historical elements have also been incorporated into the colour scheme and placed in a new context. The various suites, furnished with fine works of art and contemporary national and international art treasures, are a particular highlight.
