Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts is now accepting reservations for its second property in Hangzhou, China. Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at Hangzhou Centre is slated to welcome guests from 15 October 2024. The property complements Four Seasons at West Lake which opened in Hangzhou in 2006. Hangzhou Centre is a mixed-use development that aside from the new Four Seasons, comprises residences, offices, shopping and dining in two towers. The property is a short walk from additional shopping centres, the lively Wulin Night Market, and restaurants and bars. The hotel’s 188 guest rooms and 26 suites are located on floors 19-29, affording elevated views of the city, Grand Canal and West Lake.

Wellness is a priority at Four Seasons, with an 18th floor spa featuring six tranquil treatment rooms, a state-of-the-art gym with inspiring floor-to-ceiling panoramic views, and an indoor heated swimming pool for “sky swimming.” The Hotel also features several landscaped outdoor terraces on the 8th, 10th and 30th floors for dining and special events. Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at Hangzhou Centre features two restaurants, a bar and lobby lounge. Song 颂, showcases fresh interpretations of Ningbo’s famous just-caught seafood dishes and savoury dumplings.
At Charm 韵, the day begins with a breakfast buffet before transforming for a Mediterranean fusion lunch. At dinner, guests are treated to a fun and interactive evening as chefs display their culinary craftsmanship preparing fresh ingredients to go into hot pots. Greeting guests off the main lobby on the 10th floor is The Lounge 桂, a gathering space for cozy afternoon teas and lively cocktails in the afternoon and evening. An open pastry counter tempts tastebuds, while an adjacent Sky Garden provides a refreshing respite from the busy streets below.
Crowning the Hotel on the 30th floor is Stars 繁星, a glamorous Champagne bar where guests can make celebratory toasts with a choice of the world’s finest Champagne labels and vintages, plus innovative cocktails, whiskeys and wines from around the globe. The new Four Seasons is adjacent to the Grand Canal’s water bus stations, with the opportunity to discover this marvel of engineering that dates back to the 5th century BC.
