Link Travel Group hit the road in the past two weeks holding Product Maximisation Events in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. Close to 150 Owners, Managers and Advisors in Link Member agencies, some from interstate, attended various specialist workshops hosted by Link’s General Manager, Scott Darlow, and Link’s newly appointed National Business Manager, Emmalita Malmberg. In these workshops, attendees were up-skilled on how to immediately unlock revenue opportunities within the vast Link ecosystem and network. In addition, the audience was also treated to private presentations focusing on NDC and other revenue opportunities hosted by Qantas, United Airlines, Singapore Airlines and Delta Air Lines.

“Link has an incredibly vast ecosystem with revenue opportunities present everywhere,” Darlow said. “Connection & Collaboration are one of Link’s core pillars and seeing the group come together in these three cities and not just learn, but share ideas and help each other, was extremely gratifying. “Given the success of these events, a full conference is certainly in our future,” Darlow added.
“While the events in Sydney and Melbourne were excellent in their own right, I was especially proud to hold a stand-alone event in Perth. We gave our loyal Western Australian members a guarantee when we started Link in 2022 that Link will not treat them as just supplementary to our East Coast members, and they responded in kind by turning out in solid numbers in true WA style!” Lead image: Emmalita Malmberg, Link Travel Group (third from right) enjoying time with Link’s Western Australian Members at the Perth workshop.
