Rocky Mountaineer has unveiled a new online agent portal, designed to deliver a more “user-friendly” experience. The rail company highlighted key benefits agents can derive from the portal as simplified package search, centralised bookings as well as booking tools. New features of the platform include an enhanced booking experience with new booking interface for trade partners, and a notifications feature to ensure agents are equipped with the latest Rocky Mountaineer news, products and operational updates. In addition, there is a learning and training centre providing agents with access to learning opportunities, exclusive travel agent discounts as well as rail route and destination information. On top of all that, there are marketing and sales resources along with easy sign-up for Rocky Mountaineer’s Inside Track newsletter which shares insider tips, news, and product and offer updates. All existing users accounts have been transferred across to the new platform. New users can sign up here.
