The former Co-President of Ensemble Travel Group, Lindsay Pearlman has moved up the ranks at Travel Leaders Network (TLN), securing the role of Chief Operating Officer and SVP. Reporting into TLN President John Lovell, Toronto-based Pearlman will begin the role in January 2025.
“With his extensive experience and commitment to excellence, Lindsay will be my right hand in delivering top-tier support, services, products and programs to our valued Travel Leaders Network members,” Lovell said.
Pearlman first joined Travel Leaders Network in 2019 when he was hired to work with international partners. Over the years, his role has expanded to include managing relationships with associate members. As Chief Operating Officer, Pearlman will continue to focus on TLN’s customer-centric teams. He will also oversee affiliate and associate membership teams in both the US and Canada, and will be responsible for new business development as well as the growth of programs such as online booking tools SNAP and Cruise Complete. “Pearlman’s role will have him partnering closely with the internal Marketing, Industry Relations and Technology teams to ensure Travel Leaders Network’s best-in-class programs and products are leveraged and delivered to drive membership engagement and profitability,” the company said.
