Independent travel agency Complex Travel Group has launched its latest brand, Onboard Luxury, offering a curated selection of top-tier travel experiences. Mark Trim, Founder and Managing Director of Complex Travel Group said Onboard Luxury reflects his group’s commitment to meet the evolving needs of the travel market in Australia. In response to the growing demand in luxury travel, Onboard Luxury offers a curated selection of ‘money can buy’ experiences, categorised as either: ‘Relax and Recharge‘ (think effortless stays and exclusive access to bespoke experiences) or ‘Explore‘ (curated tours and cruises to the world’s most sought-after destinations).

“We are thrilled to be expanding our travel offering with the launch of Onboard Luxury. Over the past year we’ve seen a growing demand from our national clientele for true luxury holiday experiences that offer completely effortless travel of the highest calibre,” Trim said.
“While there’s a broad definition of luxury within the travel sector, luxury travel in our eyes, is more than just a price tag, it’s an art form.
“Onboard Luxury focuses on crafting bespoke journeys that blend personalisation with exclusivity and prioritises time and convenience to ensure a seamless and effortless experience from start to finish.” “We’ve meticulously selected each hotel, tour and cruise supplier to ensure we’re offering truly indulgent experiences where every need is anticipated, allowing for true escapism and relaxation,” he said.
To enable Onboard Luxury to provide best in class luxury product, Complex Travel Group has joined Flight Centre Travel Group’s Luxury Travel Collection (LTC) as the first Affiliate Member, accessing the brand’s luxury product house of luxury travel, designed itineraries and curated experiences. As an Affiliate Member of LTC, Complex Travel Group remains a member of host group, Link Travel Group, while also drawing on the luxury product, community and events delivered by LTC as part of this new membership category. “LTC is delighted to be partnering with Complex Travel Group to support the launch of Onboard Luxury, an exciting new venture for discerning clients,” said Nikki Glading, General Manager Sales & Operations at Luxury Travel Collection.
“As our first independently owned Affiliate Member, Complex Travel Group is able to access the luxury product requirements of clients as an extension to its existing host membership with Link.
“Our business is purpose built to provide seamless solutions that fulfil the luxury needs of our agency members with designed and experiential travel itineraries that are specifically tailored to meet the desires of the luxury traveller,” Glading added.
“This partnership allows us to combine our expertise in crafting unforgettable luxury travel experiences with LTC’s unrivalled range of hand-picked luxury travel products, and together, we will deliver unparalleled journeys that redefine luxury travel for Australians,” Trim said.
“We can now offer our clients luxury getaways to the Maldives, Fiji and many other dreamy destinations to relax and recharge in addition to unforgettable experiences to explore Antarctica or cruise around the Greek Islands.” Onboard Luxury will complement the agency’s existing portfolio of travel brands (Flat Beds, RoundAbout Travel, Flat Beds Tour + Cruise, QFlyer, Y Premium), offering a wide range of choices and experiences for travellers. Flat Beds will continue to offer premium travel across airfares, tours and cruise holidays. Complex Travel is a member of Link Travel Group. For more information, see onboardluxury.com.au.
