The fast-growing Preferred Hotels & Resorts portfolio is set to expand yet further over the next year with more luxury openings on the cards. Each of the new properties, which range from a sleek London location to a Caribbean private island getaway, will aim to “immerse guests in the essence of the destination,” according to the group. They will be spread across the group’s four key brands – Legend, L.V.X., Lifestyle, and Preferred Residences “We are excited to unveil these highly anticipated new openings, including two standout properties joining our prestigious Legend Collection, which represents the pinnacle of ultra-luxury hospitality,” Preferred CEO Lindsey Ueberroth said.

“We can’t wait to invite travellers to explore new corners of the world and discover unique experiences through our newest properties.” Newcomers include: Peter Island Resort, British Virgin Islands – launching December 2024; Royal Hideaway Corales Villas in Tenerife, Spain – launching March 2025; ÓROS inCrete, Greece – launching May 2025; The Newman in London, UK – launching summer 2025; Romègas Hotel in Valletta, Malta – launching June 2025; The Visions Resort & Spain in Florida, United States) – launching December 2024. The hotel group recently celebrated the openings of Dusit Thani Bangkok in September 2024; Villa Dahlia in Stockholm, Sweden also in September 2024, Pendry Natirar in New Jersey, United States; and Maison Albar – Le Victoria in Nice, France.
