Growing demand for privacy and space among luxury travellers is seeing Four Seasons expand its villa and residence rentals in 2025. With more than 900 homes in 32 global destinations, the collection includes seaside villas, snowy retreats, and city residences. New destinations this year include Cartagena in Colombia, while plans for 2026 include a beachfront property in Naples, Florida, and a sustainable luxury offering in the Dominican Republic. “With an ever-expanding luxury rental market, Four Seasons Villa & Residence Rentals perfectly meet the growing demand for personalized, flexible accommodations,” Four Seasons Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer Marc Speichert said. “Offering privacy, the comfort of a home-away-from-home, and the freedom for longer, immersive stays – all with the unmatched service of Four Seasons – our luxury rentals provide an ideal balance of seclusion and connection.”

In 2027, Four Seasons will also expand to Belize on the private island of Caye Chapel, located next to the Belize Barrier Reef. Among the newest options for travellers are luxurious stays in Los Cabos and Tamarindo, Mexico. At Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas, new villas feature private pools, ideal for family retreats. Casa Piedra at Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo offers a serene ocean-view beach house in a nature reserve. Four Seasons also ramps up privacy and exclusivity for guests with options like the private island at Four Seasons Private Island Maldives, as well as residences in Napa Valley, Seychelles, and Jackson Hole.
