Adventure World takes travel advisors on safari in Kapama

LATTE is thrilled to be joining one of the groups, travelling on a ‘finer things’ itinerary that’s been expertly crafted by Adventure World’s South Africa and Middle East Product Manager, Sam Van Eldik.

The first stage of our journey was centred around the safari experience, with the advisors lapping up the comforts of the high-end Kapama River Lodge within Kapama Private Game Reserve in Greater Kruger.

The game didn’t stop there, with plenty of giraffe, antelope, zebra, warthog, birdlife, hippo, hyena and even the highly elusive wild dog during their time exploring the far reaches of the 13,000 hectare private reserve.

The landscape of Kapama varies dramatically in one direction to another. One game drive may be cruising along rolling terrain, to open plains, to dense bushland on bumpy trails or sandy tracks.

The visit to Kapama Private Game Reserve also gave the travel professionals an opportunity to inspect Kapama River Lodge’s sister properties, Kapama Southern Camp, Kapama Buffalo Camp and the ultra-luxury Kapama Karula.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”169946″ img_size=”full” add_caption=”yes” css=”.vc_custom_1739253368729{margin-top: 15px !important;margin-bottom: 15px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1739254974502{margin-top: 15px !important;margin-bottom: 15px !important;}”]Part of the experience with Adventure World has included participants getting involved in the ‘Pack for a Purpose’ initiative, which gives back to local communities. Kapama Private Game Reserve has its own program that contributes to local education and community projects. The Australian travel advisors took part in the goodwill project, donating an array of back to school supplies and more.
