The wellness haven aims to enhance overall well-being through transformative experiences and preventative treatments, representing a modern evolution of the traditional spa experience. It goes beyond pampering, focusing on comprehensive health programs with an emphasis on preventative treatments.

“Guests can enjoy a vast array of diagnostic assessments and treatments, including fire cupping, acupuncture, NK Cell activity tests, and mesotherapy,” said the wellness team.

By blending modern technologies with the ancient wisdom of Thai and Chinese healing traditions, Anantara Wellness offers a unique and holistic approach to wellness.

The facility spans 677 square metres and is designed to encourage social wellness. It features nine treatment rooms, including spaces for traditional Chinese and Thai medicine, Hydrocolon therapy, and IV chambers.

“A visit to Anantara Wellness begins with an in-depth wellness consultation and diagnostic check-up,” shared the team. This personalised experience is guided by the four core wellness pillars: Nutritional Harmony, Integrative Medicine, Holistic and Preventative Wellness, and Age Reversal.

Signature offerings include epigenetic cell well-being testing and the Immune Balance program, which focuses on balancing the gut microbiome. Integrative Medicine merges traditional practices with modern naturopathy, offering treatments like Goy Tong Therapy and Acupuncture. Preventative wellness emphasizes stress management and Vitamin IV drip therapy, while Age Reversal treatments utilize advanced technologies like Hydrafacial Syndeo and Ultherapy.
