As part of a deal with California-based Architects of Travel, the luxury Japanese cruise line will now extend its experience to guests from the US and Canada, with the travel company to lead a targeted sales and marketing campaign to promote its new ship, the Mitsui Ocean Fuji, to travel agents.

Formerly the Seabourn Odyssey, the 458-guest, 32,477-ton Mitsui Ocean Fuji debuted in December 2024 with spacious guest areas, traditional omotenashi hospitality, Japanese cuisine, entertainment and itineraries that aim to showcase Japan’s culture and natural beauty.

“With Japan being a top destination to visit from the US and Canada, we’re in a unique position to offer a one-of-a-kind cruise vacation which represents true Japanese experiences that only a Japanese company can provide, sailing with Japanese guests and crew, and organically feeling the culture in a way that is genuine to how the locals enjoy leisure travel,” Mitsui Ocean Cruises Head of Commercial Strategies Anthony Kaufman said.

“Partnering with the experts of Architects of Travel is an important step to making this unique travel opportunity available to a small number of guests from North America. Mitsui Ocean Fuji is the best way to visit Japan, with guests seamlessly experiencing Japan on and off the ship.”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1610931995138{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1610931970624{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}”]Subscribe to LATTE Cruise’s free eNewsletter to keep up to date with everything in the luxury cruise space.[/vc_column_text][vc_separator][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1579214156361{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}”]
