The signing of Waldorf Astoria Turks and Caicos Dellis Cay, a private island retreat set to open in 2028, marks the latest phase of the Hilton’s regional expansion. Located on the pristine Dellis Cay, the resort will feature over three miles of untouched beachfront and 1175 guest rooms and branded residences, including 62 hotel guest rooms and suites, comprising 42 rooms, 10 suites with spacious outdoor spaces, and 10 beachfront bungalows featuring private terraces and plunge pools.

Guests will arrive via a picturesque 25-minute boat transfer from Providenciales, immersing them in the island’s beauty from the moment they arrive. “The signing of Waldorf Astoria Turks and Caicos Dellis Cay marks a momentous milestone for Hilton’s expanding luxury portfolio,” Hilton Vice President Development Caribbean and Latin America Pablo Maturana said.

The luxury segment is a strategic priority for Hilton and this development is an important step in meeting the growing demand of sophisticated travellers, in collaboration with our esteemed partners Desarrollos Hotelco.” Waldorf Astoria Turks and Caicos Dellis Cay will also include 65 branded residences. Options range from two-bedroom condominiums to opulent six-bedroom ocean villas, all designed to “embody refined island living.”

The resort will boast world-class amenities including a 13,455-square-foot spa, high-end retail, signature dining concepts like Peacock Alley, and event spaces including a ballroom and boardroom.
