Further changes are afoot at Virtuoso’s senior leadership level, with Úna O’Leary newly appointed as Vice President, Global Partnerships.
O’Leary joined Virtuoso as the luxury travel network’s first General Manager Canada, with the region experiencing significant growth in member engagement, partner relationships and overall performance under her guidance.
“Úna has led Virtuoso’s efforts to identify Canada as a distinct market and one of our established regions,” Virtuoso Senior Vice President, Global Operations Michael Londregan said.
“Her ability to design a strategy and align our team to execute our plans through collaboration with members and partners makes her ideally suited to this new role.”
O’Leary will now report into Cory Hagopian who was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President, Global Partnerships last week.
In this new role, she will oversee the continued expansion of Virtuoso’s preferred partner portfolio across the world, drawing on her proven leadership skills and knowledge of the luxury travel landscape to support the network’s long-term strategic growth.
“This is a significant and exciting move for our global team,” said Hagopian. “Úna’s leadership in Canada has delivered measurable impact, and we’re thrilled to bring that expertise to a broader scope as we continue to grow and deepen our partnerships across the globe.”
O’Leary will keep Toronto, Canada as her base, with Virtuoso committed to strengthening its global presence with senior executive leadership. She will continue to provide support to the Canadian market while the search for her successor is underway. That search will be conducted by Londregan with O’Leary’s assistance.
