Carlos Garzon has been appointed as Vice President of Global Sales for Swan Hellenic, with the newly created role a reflection of the heritage brand’s accelerating momentum.
Joining the team with immediate effect, Garzon will report directly to Chief Commercial Officer Patrizia Iantorno.
The new position comes in response to Swan Hellenic’s “rapidly growing” sales as awareness grows around its commitment to taking adventurous travellers off the beaten track. With full scope to shape the role, Garzon is set to bring both vision and strategy to the cruise line’s global sales operations.

Garzon’s two-decade career spans leadership roles at some of the cruise industry’s biggest brands, among them Norwegian Cruise Line, Regent Seven Seas, Vantage Deluxe, Atlas Ocean Voyages and SeaDream Yacht Club. Most recently, he was at travel technology and procurement company TripArc where he refined his data-driven methodology and strengthened his focus on optimising revenue and building strategic partnerships.
