The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection has appointed Patrick Mitchell to the role of Senior Vice President, Global Sales, effective immediately. Based in Fort Lauderdale, Mitchell takes over from Kristian Anderson who stepped down from the role suddenly in May.
Mitchell most recently served as Vice President, Global Brand & eCommerce for hospitality brand Sonder Inc for four years. (Based in Los Angeles, Sondor is now part of the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.) His career prior to that role included tenures with Cathy Pacific for 18 months, four years at Club Med, nearly three years at Norwegian Cruise Lined Holdings and over eight years at Royal Caribbean Cruises.
