New York City’s most expensive hotel, Aman New York, has rolled out its summertime curated collection of water activities.
Dubbed ‘Adventures on the Water,’ the program – now in its second season – runs from June to October and incorporates private motorised yacht sailings, operated in partnership with Barton & Gray Mariners Club.
An inclusive customised experience, the partnership between Aman New York and Barton & Gray sees three luxury motorised yacht’s availble to Aman’s temporary Chelsea marina. The vessels include the 36-foot Hinckley Picnic Boat, for up to six guests, a 40-to-44-foot Hinckley Talaria for up to 12 guests, and a 48-foot Daychaser for up to 12 guests.Subscribe to LATTE Cruise’s free eNewsletter to keep up to date with everything in the luxury cruise space.Speaking briefly of the product at IPW 2025 in Chicago last week, Julie Coker, President & CEO of New York City Tourism + Conventions said the product was an “inclusive, customisable experience” that she referred to as “absolutely fantastic”.
During the four-hour yacht cruise guests will take in views of the Statue of Liberty, Little Island, the behemoth Freedom Tower and cityscapes, while being treated to delicacies prepared by Aman New York’s master chefs.
In addition to the Adventures on the Water, Aman New York offers seasonal adventures on the land, with its Adventures on the Road program offered from May to December, targeting avid and casual cyclists and rides through Central Park and along the Hudson; or the Adventures on the Slopes day trip in partnership with Windham Mountain Club, involving
alpine skiing and a private butler to cater to the guest’s every need.
