Bhaya Cruises is inviting invites travellers to embrace slow travel and mindful living amid the serene landscapes of Halong Bay with the launch of Bhaya Soul, its newest vessel which will set sail in July 2025. Described as the fourth generation of Bhaya Cruises, Bhaya Soul is designed for those “seeking freedom in stillness,” offering a more intentional and reflective way to experience the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The vessel features only 20 elegantly crafted cabins, ensuring an intimate journey that prioritises presence over pace. “Freedom isn’t always found in motion,” said Tran Thanh Nam, Chairman of Bhaya Cruises’ Board of Members. “Over the years, I’ve come to believe that the most transformative journeys don’t rush. They allow space – for reflection, for presence, for reconnecting with what matters. With Bhaya Soul, we’re shaping a slower, more intentional way to experience the bay – one that honours the rhythm of the sea and the pace of the soul.”

Sailing itineraries of two or three days will explore the bay’s quieter corners, including Ba Ham Lake, Cua Van Floating Village, Viet Hai Village and Tien Ong Cave. Each itinerary offers flexibility and unstructured time, offering guests the freedom to engage in kayaking, meditation, yin yoga or simply relax in nature. Onboard amenities also reflect the cruise’s wellness focus. Meals are prepared with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, and the ship features a four-season sundeck pool with 360-degree views. Guests can also enjoy traditional Vietnamese herbal therapies inspired by generations of healing practices. Sustainability remains a core value of the Bhaya Soul experience. From reclaimed materials to eco-sensitive operations, the cruise line highlights its commitment to preserving Halong Bay’s natural and cultural heritage. Bookings for Bhaya Soul are now open for voyages beginning in July 2025.
