It is with great excitement that LATTE, on behalf of Los Cabos Tourism, announces the Major Prize winner of last month’s competition to win four-nights in Los Cabos was Kate McLean of Mary Rossi Travel. LATTE was flooded with entries from travel advisors in the last few days of the competition, with dozens of entrants keen to be in the running to win two nights for two people at both the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal and Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve . The amazing prize also includes return flights for Kate from Sydney, plus breakfast daily for two. Having watched a series of videos on five Virtuoso Preferred resorts in Los Cabos, Kate correctly answered all the questions in the quiz, and supplied the following response to the last question – If you win the prize, what would a perfect day in Los Cabos look like? – which was deemed the winner by Los Cabos Tourism.

“So, early walk along the beach and then back to my suite at Las Ventanas al Paraiso for a healthy breakfast in my pool, arranged by my Villa Host. Then a well-deserved ice cream by the pool at Montage Los Cabos – I’ve earnt it, all that yoga and reading, not to mention the spa treatment. Now I need a nap in my Oceanfront Residence at Zadun. OK, cocktail time – off to Don Manuel at Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal for a specially designed cocktail by one of their famous mixologists. Stagger to dinner at Frida, at Grand Velas for an authentic Mexican dinner with that modern twist. Back to my bed, looking out over the Sea of Cortez, from my Penthouse suite at Las Ventanas. Dreaming of tomorrow’s plans…”

Kate now has until July 2023 to take what is certain to be the most memorable experience in stunning Los Cabos! Throughout the month of September 2021 there were also six winners of a signed cookbook – Tu Casa es mi Casa – by Mexican chef Enrique Olvera. Those lucky winners were:
