The vessel is operating a series of 10- and 11-day itineraries roundtrip from Lisbon, Portugal over the northern winter and spring. Seabourn Encore will traverse the Spanish archipelago and Madeira, between February and April 2022. The ship will then sail on a 15-day voyage along the coasts of the Mediterranean from Lisbon to Athens, where it will be positioned for its originally scheduled Eastern Mediterranean deployment over summer. “We are so grateful to be back and making new memories with our beloved guests on board Seabourn Encore,” the cruise line said on social media. Seabourn Encore is the third ship in Seabourn’s fleet to resume service, following the restart of Seabourn Ovation in July 2021 in the Greek Islands and Seabourn Odyssey in the Caribbean a few weeks later. A fourth Seabourn ship, Seabourn Sojourn, had been earmarked to recommence service in January, but her resumption was postponed until June 2022.
