Anguilla plans to open its newest luxury retreat, Nevaeh, in late November 2015. The private rental estate offers an oversized kitchen, theatre, media room, tennis/basketball court, 8 bedrooms (including a master suite for guests with impaired mobility), staff of 10, a Japanese courtyard and traditional garden and a state-of-the-art golf simulator. The new property is located in the island’s West End and is set in one acre of landscaped gardens that step down to a half-mile of beach. Five of the bedrooms are in the main house, with three more in a guest house nearby. The second floor of the main house boasts a shaded cocktail deck for sea views. The kitchen includes 5 fridges and freezers to accommodate guests, as well as a private chef included in the rate. Nevaeh’s other features include:

  • Lighted Astroturf tennis court that doubles as a basketball court
  • Air-conditioned Techno gym
  • Sea scooters
  • Stand-up paddle boards
  • Beach volleyball
  • Kayaks
  • 9-seat movie theatre with surround sound and Xbox console
  • 70-inch satellite TV in the media room equipped with Blu-Ray and Xbox console
  • Sonus music system throughout the villa
  • Staff service on the beach, including drinks, snacks, chilled towels, tented dinners or tiki-lit barbeques
Winter rates (4 January-2 April, food and chef not included) begin at $6000 a night for 5 rooms and $11,000 for 8 rooms through RickettsLuxury Properties.
