Anguilla plans to open its newest luxury retreat, Nevaeh, in late November 2015. The private rental estate offers an oversized kitchen, theatre, media room, tennis/basketball court, 8 bedrooms (including a master suite for guests with impaired mobility), staff of 10, a Japanese courtyard and traditional garden and a state-of-the-art golf simulator.
The new property is located in the island’s West End and is set in one acre of landscaped gardens that step down to a half-mile of beach. Five of the bedrooms are in the main house, with three more in a guest house nearby. The second floor of the main house boasts a shaded cocktail deck for sea views.
The kitchen includes 5 fridges and freezers to accommodate guests, as well as a private chef included in the rate.
