Atlantis, The Palm is welcoming the festive season with the entertainment resort transforming into a magical winter wonderland. Party goers, food lovers, families and marine enthusiasts will enjoy unprecedented room rates and offers on an array of experiences, and in each of the resort’s 23 restaurants, bars and clubs. The Winterland Festive Village This season, Atlantis guests will be greeted by the magical ‘Tree of Wishes’ in the Grand Lobby, the perfect place for excited children to hang their Christmas wishes. The splendid Festive village is back and bigger than ever, with Poseidon’s Court near the Ambassador Lagoon being transformed into a winter wonderland. The magical pop-up brings the holiday season to life, creating a spectacular landscape complete with a frozen lake, ski lift, windmill, sleighs, snow, Christmas Trees, life-sized gingerbread houses as well as daily strolls by Santa and friends. Guests can explore the Festive Shop full of treats through 7 January from 8am to 11pm. Available for purchase are traditional treats including Lebkuchen, Panettone, mince pies, roasted chestnuts, ice cream, cookies, Yule Logs and seasonal gingerbread. In addition, there will be a one-of-a -kind chocolate river featuring over 100 litres of chocolate and visits from the diving Santa Claus at the Ambassador Lagoon. Festive activities and Christmas parties will also take place at Kids Club and Club Rush, with special Elf Tuck-ins, a treat for the very young who wish to be tucked into bed and read a bedtime story by an Elf no less. Festive feasts galore The newest addition to The Avenues at Atlantis, Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen and Bar will host its first Christmas brunch, with the menu set to include items such as Scottish Smoked Salmon, Crème Fraiche, Fennel and Watercress Salad, Roast Turkey Wellington with all the Trimmings, Cranberry Sauce and Caramelised Banana Bread with Christmas Pudding Ice Cream, it’s a slice of London in Dubai. Price for lunch is AED 555 (AUD$208). For a taste of Italy, celebrity chef Giorgio Locatelli’s Ronda Locatelli’s commitment to locally sourced products and quality fresh ingredients will shine through on their three or four course Christmas lunch menu, priced at AED 195 / AED240 (AUD$73 / $89) respectively. Nasimi will have their annual Xmas Bubble Q brunch complete with a DJ and visits from Santa for AED 295 (AUD$110) (food only). Saffron, long considered Dubai’s ultimate party brunch, will have a festive themed occasion with an added holiday twist with packages available for AED 595 (AUD$223). For a more traditional Christmas lunch, Seafire Roast Lunch is the perfect option, with a live band and welcome cocktails included for AED 395 (AUD$148). The Japanese restaurant Nobu will also host their annual Christmas brunch, with packages starting at AED 385 (AUD$145) non-alcoholic and AED 585 (AUD$219) for alcoholic packages. Christmas gifts for all For guests still wondering what to buy a loved one this Christmas, Atlantis’ marine activities are available as gift vouchers. Gift givers can choose from a PADI certification programme, an Ultimate Dive in The Ambassador Lagoon, a Dolphin Encounter at Dolphin Bay or Shark Safari at Aquaventure. With rooms available starting from AED 2,850++* (AUD$1,060) valid from 24 until 25 December, exclusive seasonal offers at the award-winning ShuiQi Spa, as well as unlimited complimentary access to the fascinating Lost Chambers Aquarium and the thrilling rides at Europe and the Middle East’s No. 1 Waterpark, Aquaventure, there’s something very special at Atlantis this festive season, for the whole family to get excited about.
