Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris is pleased to announce the upcoming opening of a Japanese fine dining restaurant run by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa inside the hotel. This exclusive event, scheduled for February 2016, will offer a unique culinary experience for lunches and dinners.

Renowned the world over for his signature dishes, each one a delicate balancing act of traditional Japanese recipes and South American influences, the Chef has chosen Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris, monument of art and culture, to present his very personal interpretation of Asian cuisine at the heart of the City of Lights.

In addition to this new gourmet experience, Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris will continue to serve breakfasts and brunches as well as Italian cuisine in its starred restaurant Il Carpaccio.
