Last week saw Markos Daktylides and Anastasios Naoum from Myconian Collection join their Australian representatives, La Collection, for a series of events in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. It is the duo’s second trip to Australia this year, confirming the significance of the local market to the leading luxury hospitality company from Mykonos. Advisors were treated to the first look at the latest Myconian Collection property – Deos – the 12th hotel for the family-owned and-run company. Myconian Collection Hotels & Resorts now represent approximately 40% of the luxury accommodation on the island and are sure of finding the right option for every discerning client visiting the Greek island. Deos is the fourth Myconian Collection property in Mykonos Town, sitting above the old port in a position that can lay claim to some of the best views on the island.

La Collections’ Director, Craig Farrell, was thrilled with the visit and the turnout by advisors. “It speaks to the Myconian Collection hospitality, and the destinations’ ever-present appeal, that with so many events to chose from, the Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne trade came out in force to enjoy an evening with Markos and Anastasios – of course, we learnt a lot about the group, and in particular the three latest properties in the collection. But the best thing about these events is enjoying a bit of that unique Myconian hospitality down under,” Farrell said. More information about Deos is expected to be released in the coming weeks. Below are a collection of photos captured at last week’s events around the eastern seaboard.
