Initially designed as a one-off expedition, the overwhelming response to the tour has seen Majestic Whale Encounters add it to the 2025 roster, relaunching the tour as a cornerstone in the company’s annual lineup of wildlife encounters.

The 14-day Antarctica Expedition is designed for divers, snorkellers, and photographers eager to hone their skills while exploring the icy landscape. Guests on this small group tour will get to experience the region aboard Aurora Expeditions’ ship Sylvia Earle. Purpose-built for the harsh Antarctic environment, Sylvia Earle will allow guests to travel in ultimate comfort and relaxation with an onboard sauna spa, swimming pool, gym, lounge and bar.
While on board, avid photographers will get to take part in a unique photographic workshop with award-winning nature photographer Scott Portelli, improving their skills in one of the most remote destinations on the planet.
