Curated under the expert guidance of Voyager Estate’s Chief Winemaker, Tim Shand, this year’s Wild Wine Escape promises an extraordinary blend of outback charm and epicurean delights, showcasing the finest Australian wines, cuisine, and top-end exploration experiences. Taking place from 30 August – 2 September 2024, the immersive three-night journey offers guests an all-inclusive retreat in the comfort of the homestead and a spacious King Room. The indulgent itinerary features a meticulously crafted line-up of wine tastings, workshops and exclusive dinners personally hosted by Shand and David Rayner, resident chef.
