Now in its third year, SmartFlyer Club 2A was conceptualised in 2021 as a nod to its founder, Michael Holtz, who is known to fly strictly in seat 2A for its “prime position” to recognise some of SmartFlyer’s most primely positioned travel advisors. To be eligible for this cohort, affiliates are required to have a minimum of $2 million in actualised revenue. Australian 2A members in 2023 included Marienne Guberina, Brent Wallace, Salli Alderson, Riya Thanissorn, Gloria Gammo, Jacqui Keating, Vicky King, Carolyne Evans, Jasmine Johnson, Lauren Benson, Sally McMillan and Ariana Wong. Additionally, the dinner celebrated Ash Chin, Australia’s SmartFlyer One, top producer in the Australian team and 2023 Rising Star Kate Mitrevski. The following day, the SmartFlyer Summit was held at Capella Sydney, where plans shared for the next 12 months. The day ended with a soiree at Langham Sydney.
