Regent Seven Seas Cruises celebrated the launch of its 2026/27 Voyage Collection with media friends in Sydney last night ahead of the program’s release to the public tomorrow – 25 July 2024.
At an intimate gathering at the Art Gallery of NSW, Lisa Pile, Vice President Sales & General Manager, Asia Pacific for Regent Seven Seas Cruises showcased the luxury cruise line’s extensive portfolio of cruises about to go on sale – which number 173 in all – aboard Regent’s fleet of six ships, including the newest vessel, Seven Seas Grandeur which launched in late 2023.
“As Regent’s fleet grows, we have have the flexibility for further immersion into new destinations and it becomes even more exciting,” Pile said, highlighting 144 overnights, 45 new Mediterranean voyages, 16 new ports of call (six of which are in Japan), four new Grand Voyages and eight brand-new Immersive Overnights.

She referred to the product as “almost a hybrid between hotel and cruising”, with one-, two- or even three-nights spent in some cities.
“We’re committed to providing guests with true immersive experiences, and catering to this trend, we have revealed eight new Immersive Overnights sailings through the Mediterranean and Northern Europe to add to our existing collection. This will see our Immersive Overnights collection now total 15 unique voyages from 2024 through to 2027,” Pile said.
“I absolutely love it and it’s a really wonderful way to introduce new people to cruising.”
“My personal favourite is the 10-night Stockholm to Oslo voyage departing 29 August 2026, which overnights in Stockholm, Berlin (for three nights), Copenhagen and Oslo, with up to 35 included shore excursions and provides a storied exploration of Scandinavia,” Pile told LATTE.
Pile highlighted a range of itineraries and destinations around the globe that she tips will sell out fast, including a 10-night Christmas cruise of Australia and New Zealand operating roundtrip from Sydney in December 2026. The luxury cruise expert flagged the sailing will be very popular with international markets so if Aussies want to experience Regent at Christmas, they’ll need to book early.
Among the 2026/27 Grand Voyages, Pile spotlighted the 81-night Grand Arctic Adventure from New York to Barcelona on 29 June. “If you haven’t seen any of Europe, do it, because you’ll get to see everything!”
Regent is also offering a brand-new 82-night Grand Continental Sojourn from Barcelona to Sydney aboard Seven Seas Navigator, departing 9 November which sails the west coast of Africa, Madagascar, Seychelles, through the Indian Ocean, the Middle East, India, Sri Lanka and Southeast Asia. “This will be an absolutely spectacular sailing.”
And to complement the Immersive Overnights, Regent is set to launch a range of 20 evening shore excursions. Further details on that collection will also be released in due course.
Currently, Regent Seven Seas Cruises has its ‘Europe Edition’ offer in market for 2025 sailings.
“Europe is going off like a firecracker I have to say. It is absolutely incredible,” Pile said.
She noted that 30% of business is a combination of more than one cruise, with nearly one-third of guests booking either back-to-back or back-to-back-to-back sailings.
Sales have also doubled from Australia (to a record-breaking level) on the recently launched 2027 World Cruise aboard Seven Seas Splendor. Pile noted that the starting price for the 140-night sailing from Miami to Rome started at $134,000.
Concierge Collection
Providing a business update, Pile confirmed the recently launched abroad, 2025 Concierge Collection in partnership with the Global Hotel Alliance, will be available to the Australian market in August.
That program builds on the 13-month old alliance with the Global Hotel Alliance and provides a range of exclusive benefits and experiences when booking three-night pre-cruise packages at six prestigious GHA properties in six European cities. LATTE understands those hotels include: Hotel Café Royal, London; Conservatorium, Amsterdam; Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel; San Clemente Palace Kempinski Venice; Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul; and Divani Apollon Palace & Thalasso, Athens.
Available on a dozen all-inclusive itineraries, and only available for a limited number of international guests, the new Concierge Collection packages include breakfast daily, a welcome cocktail party, and experiences such as a private tour of Westminster Abbey in London, or a tour of Rome on a Vespa or a vintage Fiat 500. Full details on the program will be released locally soon.
Voyager, Mariner to be reborn
Pile also confirmed Seven Seas Voyager and Seven Seas Mariner, built in 2001 and 2003 respectively, will undergo an extensive refurbishment in the future.
Art Gallery of NSW partnership
Pile also celebrated Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ 3+ year association with the Art Gallery of NSW, referring to the link-up as “a perfect partnership”, centred on the same audience demographic and a “honed in focus on art” – an historic cornerstone of the luxury cruise brand.
“Our ships are floating art galleries,” Pile said, noting that Seven Seas Grandeur alone was launched with 1,600 pieces of art.
The Art Gallery of NSW is one of a select number of galleries around the world that is included as a shore excursion for guests of Regent Seven Seas Cruises when in Sydney. Pile also revealed last night intentions to introduce the Learning Curve Lecture Series conducted by the Art Gallery of NSW aboard its ships sometime in the future.
