Expected to open later this year, The Spa X SOHO double level day spa will feature a large luxurious onsen pool and dry sauna, seven treatment rooms including two couple’s spa rooms. Guests can indulge in massages, rituals, and treatments with an Asian approach to wellness set among deluxe yet earthy décor. Duncan Mackenzie, General Manager of SOHO Hotel Auckland, says the property will bring a new level of accessible glamour to the city’s accommodation and events offering.
“SOHO is situated in a sweet spot with downtown Auckland and the airport just a 10-15minute drive either way, so we are an ideal alternative to an airport or city centre hotel. SOHO is the closest hotel to Eden Park, and we have plenty of onsite car parking to alleviate parking stress,” Mackenzie said. Clare Davies, Managing Director of Capstone Hotel Management says, “We are thrilled to open SOHO Hotel Auckland which ticks all the boxes for an urban escape. It’s gorgeous art-deco and organic design aesthetic, balcony rooms, premium dining, meeting and events spaces, and onsite car parking brings a fresh new offering to Mount Roskill.” SOHO Hotel Auckland opened in the first half of March 2024.
