One of the benefits of an early rise when travelling is avoiding crowds, as this group of Australian travel advisors in India at the moment can attest to having woken at 5am for a sunrise viewing of the iconic Taj Mahal with virtually no other soles around.
The group are exploring the subContinent this week as guests of Creative Travel DMC and Numinous LTR, visiting Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur and Delhi over 10 nights. While taking in the highlights of north India, the trip will be complemented with stays at the like of the ultra-luxury Aman, Oberoi and Leela Palace hotels.
