Regent Seven Seas Cruises is building on its commitment to empower and invest in its travel partners, with the launch of end-to-end co-branding solution Regent Connect.
The innovative new platform is the latest addition to Regent’s travel partner program Regent Elevate and is designed to “supercharge” the marketing and sales efforts of agents while enhancing the client experience.
“Regent Elevate was a game changer for our Australian and New Zealand Travel Partners, and we are thrilled to expand the opportunities in the market with Regent Connect,” Lisa Pile, VP Sales and GM Asia Pacific said.
“Regent is renowned for unparalleled, heartfelt hospitality and Regent Connect is designed to help travel advisors grow their business, by offering a simple, free co-branding solution that enhances client engagement and drives revenue.
“Travel Advisors gain access to co-branded marketing landing pages and a dynamic Regent website that shares real-time cruise availability and pricing, leading clients directly to the agent.”
Made up of a marketing landing page that agents can use to inspire clients as well as a co-branded Regent website to drive conversion, the program is both complimentary and simple to use. All that is needed to get started is an email address.
Samantha Deadman, Senior Marketing Manager Trade, Events & Loyalty for Regent Seven Seas Cruises highlighted the seamlessness of the program as a gamechanger.
“As we look to grow ahead of the launch of Seven Seas Prestige, the newest addition to The World’s Most Luxurious Fleet, this one-click solution will support our valued Travel Partners in growing their sales,” she said.
“Regent Connect aligns outbound marketing with conversion directly on their own co-branded website in just a few clicks, without sacrificing their own identity and brand when engaging with luxury clientele.”
The new service is powered by technology from Approach Guides, a content optimisation platform for travel brands. It is the result of long-term, ongoing collaboration that aims to deliver world class and easy-to-use applications for agents.
