Levantine Hill Hotel, the first all-suite luxury hotel for Victoria’s Yarra Valley, has firmed up an opening for June 2025. As foreshadowed exclusively by LATTE earlier this month, the property will be part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World collection. Nestled amongst the rolling hills of award-winning Levantine Hill Estate, the property will complement the winery’s existing cellar door, fine-dining restaurant and events centre. Levantine Hill Hotel will offer 33 beautifully appointed suites over two levels, each with its own living area, study and private balcony with stunning views over the vineyards and rolling hills.

In addition, eight of the suites will feature expansive circular baths while the Optume Suite will feature its own dressing room, cellar and bar, making it the perfect Executive retreat, or bridal suite and cocoon for couples. With a strong commitment to sustainability, the hotel has been built using a range of natural materials throughout, as well as plants for privacy, the implementation of water harvesting and purification. Further enhancing the first-class experience, guests can enjoy access to multiple onsite helipads, fully equipped gym and a 1.5 km walking sculpture track which winds through the sculpture-filled gardens brimming with over 30 pieces of internationally created sculptures while complimentary continental breakfast and a fully-stocked mini-bar are included in every stay.
