“Cruising is not a ‘one-size-fits-all’ and it is essential for agents to understand what sets each cruise line apart and discover which one could be the perfect fit for their clients,” CLIA said. “Learn to identify clients’ preferences, budgets, and travel styles, so that you can recommend cruises that best suit their needs.” Attendees will also gain a deeper understanding of how to match clients with the ideal ships and itineraries based on destinations, onboard amenities, and shoreside experiences. They will also discover strategies for highlighting the value and unique experiences each cruise line offers and be updated on current cruise trends, seasonal destinations, and evolving client expectations. CLIA members will also earn 30 CLIA points per day for attending and can reserve their spot by clicking here. Non-members interested in attending should email info-aus@cruising.org.
