A new partnership with Hinitsa Bay Holdings will see Four Seasons redevelop a 75-hectare beachside estate at Hinitsa Bay, Porto Heli, Greece, into a luxurious resort and private residences.
Set against the stunning backdrop of southeastern Greece, the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Porto Heli will offer breathtaking views of the Argolic Gulf and nearby Spetses Island.
The redevelopment will feature 80 guest rooms and suites, 30 bungalows, and Four Seasons-branded residential villas. With direct access to the beach, extensive walking trails, and a town center, the resort promises an exclusive experience with the full range of Four Seasons’ renowned services and amenities.

Paul Coulson, Chairman of Hinitsa Bay Holdings, emphasised the project’s importance for the area. “The transformation of this exceptional and beautiful estate at Hinitsa Bay into a luxury Four Seasons resort is an important step in the enhancement of the Porto Heli area,” he said.
“We are dedicated to maintaining the ambiance and character of the area while bringing onstream the facilities and leading standards of excellence, quality, and luxury hospitality associated with Four Seasons.”
The resort will feature diverse amenities, including the Kids For All Seasons program, a multi-sports centre, and multiple pools. Several dining options, from beachfront restaurants to lobby lounges, will cater to every taste. The expansive spa, located within a lush 1.3-hectare garden, will provide guests with a wellness experience connected to nature.
Porto Heli’s appeal as a luxury destination continues to grow, offering scenic landscapes, access to nearby islands, and proximity to historic sites like the ancient theatre of Epidaurus. The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Porto Heli will add to the brand’s expanding Greek portfolio, which includes the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens and a future resort in Mykonos.
