Accor has highlighted the importance of Indonesia to its growth plans as it announced the official opening of 25hours Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird.
Located in Jakarta’s Sudirman Central Business District, the 38-storey hotel features 210 rooms and 135 residences.
“Asia continues to be a rapidly evolving market, and we are excited to play a role in the region’s growing tourism sector,” Chief Operating Officer of Accor’s Premium, Midscale and Economy Division in Asia Garth Simmons said. “Indonesia is key to Accor’s regional expansion, not only as a vibrant destination for both local and global travellers but also as a cornerstone of our growth strategy.”
The opening represents the latest phase of the expansion of the 25hours lifestyle brand which has grown to 16 properties worldwide since it first launched in 2001. Accor acquired the brand in 2016.
